False positive versification issue involving U+02BB

description

When the first character of verse text is U+02BB MODIFIER LETTER TURNED COMMA,
the check for versification issue falsely reports as follows:

01_Genesis.usfm 4 No actual verse text detected; only tag information detected [12 ʻoka ke ka ngoueʻi ʻae kelekele, ʻe ʻikai tupu lelei kiate koe ʻa hono fua; te ke hoko ko e fehēhēʻaki mo e hehengi ʻi he fonua.>>
]

This example is for the Tongan language.
Revised West Version (RWV). Translator = James Baxley.

The line for Gen 4:12 is correct.
The text begins: ʻoka ke ka ngoueʻi ʻae kelekele,
The issue is how it is parsed by the check for versification issues.

The attached Zip file contains the result of running the check for versification issues on the complete RTV Bible.

The second attachment contains the result of rerunning the check after implementing a workaround in which all the U+02BB characters in the source files were replaced by a hash # character.

This demonstrates the nature of the issue by contrast with the original check results.
